The SolarEdge home hub inverter is the heart of the SolarEdge Home Energy Management System (HEMS). You can easily install inverters with power optimizers, home batteries, smart meters, and a growing number of other smart energy devices.

The SolarEdge 1PH Home Hub family consists of five single-phase residential inverters developed by SolarEdge specifically for HEMS applications.

These home hubs feature DC Oversizing, which means there is more direct current (DC) than alternating current (AC). This increases the power output in low light conditions. You can install a smaller inverter for a given size DC generator, or you can install more PV modules for a given inverter. When a battery system is used, excess energy can be stored.

The smallest member of the family is the single-phase SolarEdge home hub of 3kW.

SolarEdge 1PH home hub inverter 3kW has a backup function, so it is suitable for connecting home batteries. The supported battery model is SolarEdge Home battery 400V.

Due to its large size, the inverter can handle solar panel systems with an output power of 6000W. This energy can be stored in three connected household batteries.
