Sungrow SBR High Voltage LFP Battery 12,8kW (SBR128)

The Sungrow SBR128 is a high-voltage battery that uses lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells. These batteries are cobalt-free and are known as the safest and most sustainable battery chemistry currently available. This also makes this home battery more environmentally friendly and future-proof.

Sungrow’s SBR128 battery has a modular design, is compact and ready to use. Its capacity is flexible, ranging from 9.6kWh to 102.4kWh. When combined with a three-phase Sungrow hybrid inverter, the battery can operate in the 5-50kW range.

Through the Sungrow app, users can access all important information about solar panel energy production and energy storage management. The inverter and battery can be initialized with a single click, allowing for automatic commissioning and real-time yield management.

The Sungrow SBR128 Lithium-ion Home Battery is suitable for accommodating four battery modules. The battery has a nominal capacity of 12.8kWh and a nominal DC power of 7.68 kWh. The nominal voltage is 256V.

The Sungrow SBR128 home battery has an IP rating of 55, which allows the battery module to be placed indoors and outdoors. Using the plug-and-play principle, the battery can be easily connected to an existing solar panel system with a hybrid inverter.
