Huawei LUNA2000-5kW-C0 – Power Module

Huawei LUNA2000-5kW-C0 is the power control module of Huawei home battery system. The LUNA2000 battery is made of lithium iron phosphate batteries and can be stacked in up to three layers, each with a maximum storage capacity of 15kWh. However, the system can be expanded with a second stack, with a total capacity of up to 30kWh when the two stacks are connected in parallel.

Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) is widely considered to be one of the safest and most stable battery chemicals for energy storage, thanks to its wide temperature range and limited risk of thermal runaway (overheating).

The battery capacity of the LUNA2000-5kW-C0 is 5kWh. The home battery is compatible with most solar inverters, but is specifically designed to work seamlessly with Huawei’s inverters.
